Tumara Park, Mairehau Road, Burwood, Christchurch
Situated only 15 minutes from the inner city, Tumara Park is found in a suburb well known for its natural beauty. The area provides a haven for lovers of the outdoors with Bottle Lake Plantation, Travis County Wetlands, the sea, three golf courses, the Palms Shopping Centre and QEII Leisure Park all close at hand.

Tower Junction, Mega Centre
Situated in front of the Christchurch Railway Station and accessed from either Blenheim Road or Whiteleigh Ave, Tower Junction Mega Centre is an integrated (large format) retail shopping complex.

15 – 31 Cathedral Square, Christchurch
Originally built in 1878 for a number of Government departments, this colonial building was vacant for over five years before being purchased by Ngāi Tahu Property Limited.
An extensive redevelopment programme was undertaken with the building fully leased upon completion. Winner of a merit award at the annual NZ Property Council Awards for 2002.

158 Hereford Street
An eight level office block with a 70% vacancy factor, originally built by the Reserve Bank.
Ngāi Tahu Property Limited purchased the building and undertook significant refurbishment and reduced the vacancy to 0%.
This property was sold in May 2002.

59 Princess St, Christchurch
An industrial block of land with two industrial buildings subdivided into 600 – 800m² lots to cater for the growing small business operators. The existing buildings were refurbished and developed in their own right and sold as an investment.

Heathridge
Yet another succesfully completed residential project. Construction of this development was completed in 2005, a total of 64 residential sites were developed and sold in this Lincoln village location.

Acheron Drive, Christchurch
An industrial subdivision located off Blenheim Road, consisting of 21 lots ranging from 1500m² to 3600m².
Work commenced in 1997 with 90% of sites sold within 12 months and the balance sold 6 months later.

Speights Ale House
The Speights Ale House was the last piece of the Whiteleigh Avenue complex of Tower Junction to be completed. It provides a good example of a custom built project undertaken by Ngāi Tahu Property Limited.
It was completed for a 2005 pre-Christmas deadline in just four months from foundation to fit out.
A building with an attractive exterior and finely detailed interior adds much to the local environment and serves as a focal point for local business and the wider community.

Turners Auctions
The super site opens into a huge landscaped customer car-park which fronts an equally impressive building, housing some 200 vehicles on display with an additional storage facility for 350. There is an exclusive area for Turners’ Fleet Vehicles and Turners’ very own Test Drive Track.

ABC
To date Ngāi Tahu Property Limited has developed six purpose built early childhood education facilities in the South Island which are occupied and run by ABC preschools of Australia.
A further five are planned for development over the ensuing months in Christchurch, Ashburton, Blenheim, Rangiora and Timaru.
Facilities completed include two in Invercargill, four in Christchurch locations - one in Hei Hei, two in Wigram Village and one in Tumara Park.

Acorn Close - Opawa Christchurch
A residential subdivision comprising 23 sections was completed by the company in 1997. Located close to the Heathcote River, this location is much sought after.

Queenstown Medical Centre
Ngāi Tahu Property Limited completed a 1385m² Medical Centre in Queenstown in 2002. This is Queenstown’s first comprehensive healthcare facility situated on Isle and Brecon St.
A finalist in the 2002 NZ Property Council Building Awards.

Beaurepaires, 525 Blenheim Road, Christchurch
The first completed design build project at Sockburn Business Park located on Nga Mahi Road occupying approximately 3,200m² of land. This project was completed in November 2003.

Department of Corrections, Dunedin
Ngāi Tahu Property Limited completed a design build project for the Department of Corrections to house their suburban office branch and periodic detention centre (approximately 700m²).
The property was on-sold as an investment in 1998.

Kiromoko Crescent, Wanaka
A rural/residential subdivision consisting of 12 lots over 4 hectares, with views of Lake Wanaka.
The company developed and sold all sections in 2000.
Stuart Farm, Te Anau
Stuart Farm was purchased in 1999 by Ngāi Tahu Holdings Corporation and developed on their behalf by Ngāi Tahu Property Limited. The farm was subdivided into nearly 40 lifestyle units ranging in size from 2 hectares upwards.
Cumberland St, Dunedin
Ngāi Tahu Property Limited purchased a block of light industrial land along one of Dunedin’s main arterial routes. The land was subdivided and sold in nine lots to a variety of Dunedin investors.
