Waikākāriki refers to the lush green waters of Horseshoe Lake, originally home to the Ngāi Tahu settlement of Te Oranga. The name Waikākāriki pays tribute to the ancestral connections of the site to the local sub-tribe of Ngāi Tuāhariri. We anticipate titles being available mid February 2010.
