The former NZ Post mail centre was redeveloped into one of New Zealand’s first 6-star green star certified buildings in 2010. Housing the Christchurch City Council on a long term basis the building represents a successful public-private partnership venture whereby Ngāi Tahu Property has a 50% ownership.

Christchurch Police Station

Occupied on a long term basis by New Zealand Police, this 13 story podium/Tower Building was acquired in 2000. It includes also several associated single level ancillary buildings.
The main building had a major exterior repaint undertaken during 2006.

Christchurch Courts Complex
Cnr Durham / Armagh Streets Christchurch
Acquired in 2000, this complex comprises four buildings and is occupied by the Ministry of Justice on a long term basis. Additions to the complex undertaken by Ngāi Tahu Property Limited occurred in 2005.

Armstrong Prestige
Moorhouse Ave, Christchurch
Located at the Northern end of Moorhouse Ave adjacent to Turners Car Auctions this prestige development comprises two purpose built showrooms opened July 1st 2007 for Mercedes-Benz and Daimler Chrysler brands.

Department of Conservation

This purpose built facility was developed by Ngāi Tahu Property and completed in 2007. It is occupied on a long term basis by Department of Conservation.

Turners Car Auctions
Addington, Christchurch
A purpose-built facility completed during the middle of 2005, it is occupied on a long term basis by Turners Actions Ltd. It is situated at the top end of Moorhouse Ave on the new deviation of roading that extends adjacent to Tower Junction.

Bulk Retail Centre Christchurch
Completed in 2005, it is situated adjacent to a major arterial route. This high profile site comprises four buildings which house 17 local, national and international retailers.

A convenience retail centre comprising 10 retailers, this centre was completed late 2005 and is adjacent to the Tower Junction Bulk Retail Centre

Guilty Bar - Te Taumata
Post Office Precinct, Queenstown
Te Taumata is classified by the NZ Historic Places Trust as a Category One historic building. Previously operating as the local courthouse, the building was extensively refurbished and earthquake strengthened in 2007. It now operates as a bar/restaurant.
The refurbished building won an Excellence Award from the Property Council of NZ.

Pig and Whistle - Kā kamu
Post Office Precinct, Queenstown
This three level building was completed in late 2006 and is the second building in the Post Office Precinct development. It houses the well known Pig and Whistle Pub together with a national engineering consultancy.

Queenstown Courts Building - Tahuna
Post Office Precinct, Queenstown
Completed and occupied in 2006 by the Ministry of Justice, this purpose-built building is part of the Post Office Precinct redevelopment. The new Queenstown Courthouse has taken out the National Award in its category "Industrial/Utility Project" at the Master Builders Federation National Awards.

Developed by Ngāi Tahu Property in 2007 this three level building houses a mix of office and retail operations.

Te Ahi
Post Office Precinct, Queenstown
Located on the corner of Camp and Ballarat Streets in Queenstown, this three level commercial building was completed in 2009 and currently houses a mix of national and local businesses.

St Omer Wharf
Lake Esplanade, Queenstown
Located in Queenstown Bay the St Omer Wharf complex is a fixed wharf, floating jetties, launching ramp, boat fuelling facility plus building. It was completed in 2004 and can accommodate a variety of boating and land based needs.

This wharf was completed in May 2007 and caters for large and small boat berthage requirements.
O'Regans Wharf flows on from Steamer Wharf and links up with St Omer Wharf.

Police Station

Acquired in 2000, this two level building occupied by New Zealand Police was built in the 1990's and is adjacent to the Post Office Precinct development site.

Dunedin Police Station
Great King Street, Dunedin
Constructed in the mid 1990's, this five level building with associated single level ancillary buildings is occupied on a long term basis by New Zealand Police and was acquired in 2000.
